At Cable Ties Unlimited, we strive to ensure you have the right cable management solutions for your project; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send your package to our distribution center using a traceable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
